The Wongutha CAPS curriculum has been developed over some time and aims to equip all students with the necessary skills that will assist them in gaining employment or accessing further education and training. Wongutha CAPS has been validated as a RTO (Registered Training Organisation) and is able to deliver and assess AQF training packages within a specified scope.
After completing the Wongutha CAPS entrance requirements, students are allocated to one of three class groups. These include Year 12 students, Year 11 level 2 students and Year 11 level 1 students (lower literacy and numeracy skills).
Vocational Education and Training(VET) subjects, the Structured Work-place Learning Program and Driver Training form the core of the Wongutha CAPS curriculum.
